Instructions

  • A large pot of salted water should be brought to a boil.
  • Cook until the farfalle is al dente.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil while the pasta cooks.
  • Cook until the garlic is fragrant.
  • Cook until the cherry tomatoes are softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta and set aside 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
  • To the skillet, add the pasta, pesto sauce, and reserved pasta water.
  • Toss everything together and cook until heated through.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with parmesan cheese.
