Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cook the ziti according to the package directions until it is al dente.
  • Drain and set aside the ziti.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
  • Cook until the garlic is fragrant.
  • Cook until the spinach is wilted.
  • Stir together the crushed pineapple and marinara sauce in the skillet.
  • Toss the cooked ziti in the skillet with the sauce to coat.
  • Separately, combine the ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses.
  • In a large baking dish, spread half of the ziti mixture.
  • Half of the cheese mixture should be on top.
  • Top the remaining ziti mixture with the remaining cheese mixture in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes with the baking dish covered in foil.
  • Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Allow the baked ziti to cool slightly before serving.
